Option 1: Book your party at our place.

 We moved from our  Sugar Land location Aug 2020 to expand to a larger concept. We found a .5 acre spot in Stafford with two old cottages on them that we began to restore/revamp into a quaint vintage vibe ideal for our vision, it will be called Bungalows at Stafford.

​

* Phase 1: 3023 North Main, Stafford, TX 77477 - the flex house including short term vacation rental and party house rental & outdoor space booking. The cottage has about 400 square feet of party area indoors that would comfortably seat 25, as well as three large outdoor areas which can accommodate from 20-80 guests comfortably.

* Phase 2: 3027 North Main, Stafford, TX 77477 - launches 2024, the house will be renovated into a commercial space which will house Chamak Cosmetics & Chamak Chocolates retail shop and much more which will also be available to book parties.

Option 2:  Party planning has never been easier! We can come to your home/business/school/organization/venue
*host a party and we can come to you, an additional off location charge is added which is $50+ depending on distance/type of event (additional charges if we are to bring chairs and tables)

*we are happy to work with nonprofit organizations and do fundraisers for a good cause
* starting at a minimum of $100 per hour of party activities along with a per person based themed package unless otherwise noted. A 3 hour minimum is required to book an off location event which is not based on a per person package.

when?

You can book a party at any time, weekday or weekend morning or evening.  Just call us, text us or email us to see if your preferred date is available!
 

 

how much?

​​Each party package is priced differently. A minimum of $400 spent is required to book a party & a per person priced package for theme parties and includes activity time if clients don't make enough they can add cosmetic or chocolate favors, catering or desert table  to get to total. Henna parties require a $250 spend. Also if client is just interested in just their family or a few friends we are able schedule a private booking versus a party. If guests wish to rent out the space beyond the party activity time the additional charge to use the space is $125 per hour and you can prorated it for shorter increments. We are happy to work with guests based on their budget, needs and love creating custom parties. We also can do decoration for the event, photography and  & in house catering so it truly is a one stop shop. Do you have your own unique party ideas? Great. Let's brainstorm to make it reality.

 

how?
​How to book:  drop us a note or call to get pricing and availability, then fill out our party booking form below & follow with a consultation in person or online to go over details, we create a party booking form and reserve with a 50% deposit via Venmo at chamakbrands@gmail.com, Square invoice or Zelle.  Last minute party? WE gotchu!  (a very creative option is a stay & play  at our Airbnb and  booking one of the themes for a work retreat, family retreat, or a staycation for girlfriends).

 

cancellation/rescheduling

Plans change and we get that. We request a two week advanced written notice to cancel. To reschedule an event, an additional $100 required to add on to your package. If cancelling , you will receive credit towards booking a party or towards any Chamak service or product.
